Key Responsibilities:

  1. Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems, including piping, valves, and accessories, for commercial, residential, and industrial applications.
  2. Maintenance Work Orders: Implement maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  3. Technical Interpretation: Interpret electronic and electrical drawings to ensure accurate system design and installation.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  5. Problem-Solving: Identify cost-effective methods of resolution to problems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  6. Layout and Detail Drawings: Define and interpret layouts and detail drawings to ensure accurate system design and installation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education and Qualifications:

  1. Secondary School Certificate with 2 years relevant trade certification (ITI) OR 1 year relevant trade certification (ITI) or equivalent from a recognized institute.
  2. Valid UAE license.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. 5-7 years of Gulf experience in the relevant trade.
  2. Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the field of fire protection systems installation, testing, and maintenance as a service technician handling small and medium-scale fire protection systems.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
  4. Good computer skills and telephone etiquette.
  5. Ability to work from ladders and lifts up to 40 feet or more.
