We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel strategies to drive business growth through indirect sales channels.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement channel strategies to drive business growth through indirect sales channels.
  2. Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market coverage and reach new customers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive sales performance.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop channel-specific marketing programs to drive demand generation.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel management, partner management, or indirect sales roles.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
