We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a select group of client accounts and lead a team of account managers at Vibes Events. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring high-quality client service, and meeting project deadlines.
About the Role:
- Managing Client Accounts:
• Manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with account managers to provide additional services to clients. - Team Leadership:
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of account managers, ensuring they follow internal processes and meet their daily targets.
• Offer guidance and support to the team in handling client inquiries, quote preparation, and resolving operational issues. - Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with the team to ensure client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed-upon specifications. - Reporting & Administration:
• Support the team in maintaining accurate client records in CRM systems.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and sent to clients in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role, with experience in a supervisory or team coordination position.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively support and guide a team.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
