Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage guest calls in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that all queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

  • Effectively handle guest complaints and concerns, utilizing active listening skills and empathy to resolve issues satisfactorily.

Requirements:
