Job Description

At Dusit Doha Hotel | Dusit Hotel & Suites - Doha, we are seeking a skilled Service Center Agent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage guest calls in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that all queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance on hotel facilities, services, and amenities, as well as make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Effectively handle guest complaints and concerns, utilizing active listening skills and empathy to resolve issues satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest requests.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel promotions, packages, and events to provide guests with relevant information and offers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
