Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Governance: Oversee the implementation of BIM across the programme, ensuring compliance with client requirements and programme BIM standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct QA/QC of BIM deliverables, including COBie and IFC data, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Audit and Compliance: Oversee the execution of audit checks on drawings and BIM models to ensure compliance with programme standards.
  • Design Coordination: Oversee the design coordination process, including clash detection and construction sequencing (4D), to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communication: Attend project and programme level BIM meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in BIM Execution on a major construction programme, with recent exposure in a consultant role.
  • Skills: Experience in 3D design of highway and transportation infrastructure projects, as well as working with consultants and contractors. Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D software and associated utilities, as well as CDE platforms like BIM360/ProjectWise.
