Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory mandates (e.g., NESA, PCI-DSS, SWIFT-CSP, ISO 27001, GDPR, PDPL)
  2. Manage IS regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including UAE, India, Kuwait, Egypt, and more
  3. Automate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions to streamline security operations
  4. Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and internal compliance audits
  5. Perform physical security assessments across branches, offices, and data centers
  6. Monitor regulatory findings using RSA Archer
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of dedicated experience in Risk and Compliance
  • Strong communication & strategic thinking skills
  • Prior experience in the banking domain or payment industry is a requirement
