About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce CRM platform to ensure its high performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce instance, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications to seamlessly connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Configure security settings, user roles, and access controls to ensure data protection and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deploy process automation solutions using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.
  • Provide comprehensive support to users, including troubleshooting technical issues, conducting training sessions, and developing user guides.
  • Implement best practices for data management, including data migration, integration, deduplication, and validation to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and manage complex reports and dashboards, and utilize Salesforce Einstein Analytics for predictive analysis and actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs), and data management tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
