We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Specialist to join our team at Dicetek LLC. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Lineage and Quality: Build and maintain data lineage for compliance teams and systems, measure and monitor data quality metrics, and build and maintain controls for ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with technology teams to fix identified data gaps, work with end users to understand functional data requirements, and translate them to data specifications.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Build and maintain a data glossary and reports repository for compliance, and test deliveries while maintaining a testing log.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of databases and data structures, data mapping and lineage, ETL and data transformation, and proficiency in SAS (base and advanced) and SQL.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of banking products and operations, and requirements gathering and preparing business requirements documents.
