**Key Responsibilities**

  • You will analyse financial data to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making at senior management levels.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to guide strategic initiatives, including market entry, product launches, and fundraising efforts.

  • Work closely with Country MDs to identify performance drivers and areas for improvement, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

  • Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs and ensure accuracy in financial projections, supporting the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

  • You will provide strategic support to senior management, offering financial expertise and recommendations to drive business strategies and growth opportunities.

  • Identify process improvements to enhance financial processes and systems, increasing efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analysis.

  • Pursue ad hoc financial analysis projects as requested by senior management, focusing on market trends, competitor benchmarking, and cost optimisation studies.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field.

  • Proven proficiency in financial modelling and Excel, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

  • Experience working with financial analysis tools, accompanied by exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • A passion for building new frameworks, processes, and improving legacy ways of working, fostering innovation and efficiency.

  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.

  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) is an advantage but not required.

  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
