Role Description:

The Associate Lawyer - Ras Al Khaimah Office will play a key role in supporting our Partner and legal team in providing exceptional service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and assist in drafting legal documents.
  • Prepare legal memoranda, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence under the supervision of our lawyers.
  • Summarize and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other legal proceedings to take notes and provide support.
  • Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
  • Research relevant legal and regulatory developments to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Provide administrative support, including document management, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in organizing internal legal training sessions, client briefings, and firm events.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Law or a related field. Previous internship or legal work experience is preferred but not required.
