Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the accounting department in achieving operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement effective financial reporting mechanisms.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of accountants.
  • Design and maintain robust accounting systems and processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to financial laws and regulations.
  • Leverage Microsoft Dynamics and Tally for comprehensive financial management.
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Identify and resolve complex accounting challenges proactively.
  • Enhance and refine financial controls and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • No less than 10 years of accounting experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Substantial experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Tally.
  • In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
