Job Title

We're seeking a skilled QC Inspector (Painting & Coating) to join our quality control team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves ensuring the high quality of coating and painting works on site.

Key Tasks:

  1. Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify and determine quality and engineering criteria for materials, workmanship, and testing requirements related to Coating & Painting works.
  2. Perform verification inspections of work elements related to E&I works to ensure compliance with established procedures and Project's specified requirements.
  3. Participate in on-site receiving inspection of Coating & Painting materials.
  4. Prepare and review concrete specification, mix design, and ITPs.
  5. Conduct Coating & Painting Testing Standards, Onshore & Offshore Construction (O&G) Inspections.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized/reputed University.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Coating & Painting QC Inspector in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Familiarity with Shell DEP's and international codes & standards.
  • NACE Level II or CSWIP / BGAS Grade 2.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience working with ADNOC projects.
  • Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office.
