As a key member of the team, you will optimize resource utilization, improve productivity, and ensure achievement of service level agreement (SLA) targets. Key responsibilities include scheduling, staffing performance tracking, and resource planning activities to support efficient operations. The successful candidate will possess previous experience in WFM, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Query for data modeling and visualization.

Responsibilities
This role entails:
  • • Supporting the WFM team in optimizing resource utilization and improving productivity • Maintaining constant communication with operations teams regarding headcount updates, schedule changes, and staff allocations • Preparing and communicating weekly schedules with operations teams • Tracking adherence to staffing plans and analyzing their impact on performance • Understanding key business KPIs and staffing performance metrics such as utilization, productivity, occupancy, and FTEs • Collaborating with the reporting team to ensure accurate and consistent reports and dashboards • Utilizing Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to analyze and visualize data effectively • Providing ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives through accurate data tracking and performance monitoring

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
  • • Previous experience in Workforce Management (WFM) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Query for data modeling and visualization • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Attention to detail • Problem-solving skills • Time management • Adaptability • Flexibility • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
