Key Responsibilities

The Head of Compliance and Governance will be responsible for analyzing implications of case law, legislation, and regulatory matters that affect the University and report them to the Chancellor. They will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments/units in connection with the review and implementation of risk management survey, procedures assessment, declarations, premium, and insurance claim negotiations.

The ideal candidate should have 7 years of relevant experience directly related to the job duties and a Master degree is an advantage. They should also possess excellent listening and analytical skills, good problem-solving skills, and ability to use independent judgment.

  • Analyze implications of case law, legislation, and regulatory matters.
  • Coordinate with other departments/units in connection with the review and implementation of risk management survey.
  • Provide input to legal and regulatory risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assure compliance with necessary legislations involving data protection.
