Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned engineer who is bold, culturally connected, and innovative, ready to inspire toward groundbreaking achievements. As a Fullstack Engineer at Huspy Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, maintainable code for our web applications, leveraging modern React frameworks and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring seamless product and technical design.
  • Proactively communicate with the team, reaching out for help when necessary to get unblocked and drive project progress.
  • Participate in product discovery and directly resolve ambiguities with Designers/PM to simplify product and technical design.
  • Contribute to architectural systems design within and across teams, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, ensuring smooth integration and deployment of code changes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects from concept to shipping, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Extensive experience with modern React frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of front-end technologies.
  • Experience working on monorepo projects and solid background in backend development using Python, Kotlin, or other relevant technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, with a deep understanding of software design principles and patterns.
  • Strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and hands-on experience with code integration pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Strong product sense with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Previously actively mentored peers and junior engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in software engineering.
