AD Ports Group seeks an experienced professional for the role of Manager – Liquids & Gas (L&G) Projects. This position will oversee various project and technical aspects of L&G initiatives, working closely with commercial, operations, and HSE teams to ensure project accuracy and quality throughout all stages.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Planning: Prepare development plans for marine L&G handling facilities, including interface with customer facilities.
- Technical Leadership: Lead conceptual design exercise for the terminal, including detailed layout, equipment specifications, and performance standards.
- Economic Analysis: Prepare investment cases in accordance with organizational policy, detailing inputs and assumptions, identifying opportunities for value engineering focusing on achieving organization's targets for commercial returns.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure strict adherence to relevant codes, standards, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance specifications.
- Equipment Procurement: Support Equipment engineering team in vendor identification and equipment selection.
- System Integration: Ensure operations alignment between handling equipment, pipelines systems, and storage tanks.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct thorough quality control of work, including budget management, schedule adherence, personnel performance, and provide regular project status updates.
- Crisis Management: Monitor project progress and resolve any challenges or delays.
- Customer Satisfaction: Engage regularly with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop plans to deliver customer requirements.
- Facilities Management: Manage interface between Port and customer facilities in respect of product receipts, transfer, and storage infrastructure.
This role requires a strong understanding of operational processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A minimum 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects or operations is necessary, along with knowledge of ISO and IMO standards.
