About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Manager. As a key member of our corporate and commercial banking group, you will be responsible for building a best-in-class globally integrated channel onboarding function that provides a unified experience to our clients.

Your primary objective will be to develop a channel onboarding strategy that drives faster revenue growth, improved utilization, and enhanced digital experiences. You will create agile end-to-end processes that are digitally advanced, customer-centric, and compliant with operational risk standards.

You will collaborate with our GTB channels and product teams to develop new solutions that enhance client experiences and time-to-revenue. Additionally, you will partner with GTB sales to influence client engagement during onboarding, ensuring early onboarding, utilization, and revenue realization.

As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will lead a team of onboarding directors, managers, and trainers, providing them with the necessary direction, training, and support to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy for channel onboarding
  • Create agile end-to-end processes that drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a similar role or relevant competencies
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation, channel onboarding, and customer experience
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
