We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our corporate branding, public relations (PR), and company communications. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our brand visibility, managing corporate identity, and ensuring effective communication through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Corporate Branding & Company Profile
    • Develop and continuously optimize the Company Profile to align with our strategic vision, values, and industry positioning.
    • Lead the company's branding initiatives, including logo redesign, brand guidelines, and corporate identity management.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials, including corporate presentations, brochures, and promotional assets.
  2. Public Relations (PR) & Corporate Communications
    • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance our company's reputation and visibility in the market.
    • Manage media relations, write and distribute press releases, thought leadership articles, and corporate announcements.
    • Organize press conferences, media events, and speaking engagements for company leadership.
    • Handle crisis communications and ensure timely, strategic responses to media inquiries.
  3. Marketing Collateral & Business Presentations
    • Create compelling corporate presentations for meetings, conferences, and investor discussions.
    • Develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, annual reports, and digital assets.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and messaging consistency.
  4. Company Website & Digital Presence
    • Oversee the design, content, and functionality of our company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with branding guidelines.
    • Work with web developers and designers to enhance the user experience (UX) and SEO for better online visibility.
    • Manage and update website content, including news updates, corporate achievements, and product/service offerings.
  5. Social Media & Content Marketing
    • Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy to strengthen brand positioning on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
    • Create engaging content, including blogs, case studies, and executive interviews, to enhance brand storytelling.
    • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize engagement and audience reach.
  6. Event Management & Corporate Presentations
    • Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
    • Ensure the company's brand is well-represented at public forums and trade shows.
    • Prepare CEO and executive leadership presentations for key business events.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Work closely with internal departments (Sales, HR, Operations, Leadership) to align branding and messaging with business objectives.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, designers, and PR firms to ensure high-quality execution of branding and communication projects.
    • Monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal resource allocation.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Education & Certifications
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Work Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, branding, PR, or communications.
    • Proven track record in brand management, company profile creation, and PR strategy execution.
    • Experience in rebranding, logo redesign, or corporate identity projects is preferred.
    • Corporate Communication & PR: Strong experience in managing public relations campaigns and corporate messaging.
    • Branding & Design Oversight: Ability to work with design teams to create brand materials and ensure consistency.
    • Marketing Collateral Development: Proficiency in developing business presentations, company profiles, and other promotional content.
    • Website & Digital Marketing: Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress, or CMS platforms to manage website updates.
    • Social Media Management: Experience in handling corporate social media accounts and content creation.
    • Copywriting & Editorial Skills: Strong writing and editing abilities for press releases, website content, and promotional materials.
    • Event Planning: Ability to organize and execute corporate events, press briefings, and exhibitions.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially in Trading, Automotive, or Industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Exposure to regional and international media relations.
