Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze kitchen operations, including inventory, waste management, and maintenance schedules.
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to local health and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for the Director of Culinary, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
To succeed as a Kitchen Director, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a five-star international hotel or restaurant.
- Prior experience in Asian cuisine, with a strong understanding of modern cooking techniques and trends.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- A deep understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and labor control.
- The ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
