  • Drive strategic initiatives and projects to enhance customer experience and value for GPB and FAB internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Lead and manage key projects and initiatives with autonomy, escalating or drawing from the team or subject matter experts as required.
  • Deliver specific enhancements to the GPB Value Proposition through strategic and tactical planning, facilitation, project management, and coordination of strategic projects and initiatives.
