  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
  • Preparing yearly budgets and analyzing variances to the budget on a monthly basis.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is required.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in a family office, large holding, or Sports Team.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.
  • Must have experience in Group Consolidation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in controlling and/or accounting, both within and outside the GCC region.
