About This Role
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team, supporting our customers through every phase of their project journey. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project management strategies that align with our company's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager at Presight, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring effective communication with customers throughout all deal phases, fostering trust and understanding.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for any matters specific to customers, developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Using project management methodologies to provide milestones and timelines, setting expectations with customer teams prior to beginning new project initiatives.
- Taking ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities, driving growth and profitability.
- Maintaining operational health in solution environments, reducing cost and complexity while upholding high performance standards.
- Ambassador for customer adoption, leading the implementation journey, engaging customers in development, and providing regular progress updates.
- Project timeline management, milestone achievement, migration goal accomplishment, and business transformation strategy execution, adhering to agreed-upon timeframes and quality standards.
- Engaging in technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management, leveraging your technical acumen to inform strategic decisions.
- Providing in-depth reviews of service disruptions, metrics, prelaunch planning, post-sales, and consultative expertise, addressing customer issues efficiently.
- Creating bi-weekly presentations for customers, General Manager, CTO, and other stakeholders, emphasizing key achievements and project advancements.
- Adhering to QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and associated risk assessments.
