Job Description
RMMJ RED for Huafa Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Architect to support the growth of our Dubai Site Supervision Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction supervision responsibilities related to Architectural Discipline, ensuring timely and best-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction supervision responsibilities to achieve milestones and deliver projects on time.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and operators to coordinate various disciplines and maintain accurate information transmission.
  • Ensure statutory requirements are incorporated, NOC's/permits/design approvals are available on site for construction.
  • Provide technical inputs and experience to identify and resolve design and engineering related subjects, minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct technical evaluation reviews for material samples to ensure reliable facility operations.
  • Monitor site activities by conducting daily site visits and managing inspection teams, maintaining conformity to design intents and contracts.
  • Chair technical, commercial, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings to update stakeholders and progress.
  • Select and approve finishes, colours, benchmark mock-ups, and model rooms in line with project specifications and client requirements.
  • Assess client needs and requirements, build cordial relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A pro-active and ambitious personality capable of achieving best results.
  • Strong communication skills with clarity, purpose, and accuracy.
  • Understanding of teamwork concept, contributing to positive change and continual improvement.
  • Strong eye for detail coupled with methodical and organized approach.
  • Knowledge of multi-disciplinary concepts (Architecture, Structural, Infrastructure, MEP etc).
  • Society of Engineers/Architectural membership, International Accreditation (RIBA, AIA or equivalent), Sustainability Certification (LEED, PQP or equivalent), Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PMI or equivalent) preferred.
  • Arch. or B.Sc. in architecture, minimum 10 years post graduate experience.
  • Minimum 5 years site supervision experience in complex high-profile projects within an international design consultancy.
