About Our Client
We are working with a government-backed private equity fund based in Abu Dhabi, focusing on buyouts within the technology sector, specifically within the industrials value chain. The team we are collaborating with has a global investment scope and is seeking to expand its expertise with an investment professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in critical elements of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial modeling, and preparation of investment materials.
- Present and discuss investment opportunities with senior team members.
- Develop and articulate comprehensive investment theses and memos.
- Manage and optimize existing investment portfolios globally.
- Work in a small, lean team with a great deal of autonomy.
Requirements
- You will hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top-tier university.
- Experience in an investment bank in M&A and buy-side experience in the relevant sectors is required.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling are required, along with the ability to present and communicate effectively.
- Ability and willingness to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic and diverse team.
