About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychiatrist to join our team at Novomed.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations.
- They will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and groups.
- A strong emphasis is placed on effective collaboration with healthcare professionals, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in psychiatry and mental health.
- Continuous quality improvement initiatives are an essential part of this role.
- A valid DHA or DOH license for the UAE is mandatory.
- Bilingual skills in Arabic and English are required.
- At least 5 years of experience in the UAE, preferably in adult and/or child psychiatry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
