Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Design and deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our ultrasound products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring they have access to the latest training resources and product knowledge.
  • Provide educational content and workshops to enhance the sales team's clinical understanding and skills.
  • Support the launch of new products and services, driving adoption and maximizing revenue potential.
  • Coordinate training schedules with customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of our products.
  • Communicate effectively with the product manager regarding any challenges or concerns related to equipment usage.
  • Develop customized training materials to meet specific customer needs, when required.
  • Participate in user group meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among customers.
