Budgeting and Forecasting:

This will involve conducting variance analysis between actuals and forecast, translating this analysis into actionable steps. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for supporting the Headquarter and local team in the preparation of the yearly budget and monthly forecast.

Team Leadership and Management:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with other departments, particularly Sales and Academic, to ensure complete, correct, reliable, and timely data from the company's database for further analysis. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for ensuring employees follow company processes regarding expense reports.
