IT Security Strategist Wanted

We are looking for a seasoned IT Security Strategist to drive our GCC security efforts, focusing on the safeguarding of our digital assets, customer base, and employee information.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive cybersecurity strategy to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Enhance the organization's security posture by promoting awareness and enforcing security policies.
  • Oversee security governance, vendor relationships, and adherence to industry compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
  • Proactively manage threats, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and anti-fraud measures.
  • Support security incidents and business continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on secure software development and network architecture.
  • Implement and monitor advanced security solutions, including WAF, DDoS protection, and encryption.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Cyber Security, preferably within retail.
  • Expertise in risk management and security frameworks (CIS, ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP).
  • Strong technical background in IT security, systems, and networks.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, project leadership, and security audits.
  • Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is desirable.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
