Are you a skilled Sr. Mechanical Draughtsman looking for a new challenge?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Planning: Develop detailed plumbing layouts, diagrams, and schematics based on project specifications, building codes, and standards.
  • CAD Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create 2D and 3D models of plumbing systems.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design concepts.
  • Design Review and Revision: Review and modify designs to meet project requirements and address any technical issues.
  • BOM and Procurement: Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and assist in material selection and procurement processes.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all drawings and revisions.
Requirements:
  • A degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software with a strong emphasis on plumbing design.
  • Previous experience in plumbing design and drafting, preferably in the MEP field.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to plumbing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
