Job Description

As an Indirect Tax Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's VAT compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the documentation and improvement of indirect tax processes;
  • Supporting indirect tax registrations across various jurisdictions;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate month-end indirect tax account reconciliations;
  • Providing internal and external audit support, including data analysis;
  • Preparing and reviewing VAT compliance returns, working closely with colleagues from Accounting, A/P, A/R, and Finance departments;
  • Participating in cross-functional projects to drive business growth and efficiency;
  • Managing indirect tax projects focused on compliance, controller-ship, and tech debt.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multinational corporate tax department.
  • 2 years of VAT compliance experience in a multinational company.
