Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in finance and accounting to join our team as a Salesforce Developer - Real Estate Finance Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions to optimize real estate account receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions to optimize real estate account receivable processes, including automated invoice generation, receipt tracking, payment processing, and collections workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to understand their specific requirements and challenges related to invoice management, receipts, payments, and collections within the Account Receivable module.
  • Utilize expertise in Salesforce development to configure and customize the platform tailored to the needs of the finance team, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems and workflows.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Salesforce configurations in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring alignment with their objectives and industry best practices in finance management within the real estate sector.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Integration through REST API and SOAP API.
  • Ability to problem-solve high-level software and application issues.
  • Ability to manage heavy workloads and projects on a timesensitive basis while still maintaining accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is a must.
  • Ability to work independently with users/clients, understand business requirements, and translate into workable Salesforce solutions.
  • Must be able to communicate solutions to technical and non-technical users, provide adequate training to end-users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • 5+ years of extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Finance AR modules such as Invoice management, receipts, payments, and collections within the Account Receivable module for Real Estate on Salesforce.
