As a Heating and Cooling Specialist at InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel, you will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including chillers and cooling towers.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas according to the schedule, covering HVAC, basic plumbing, GRMS, and minor interior repairs.
  • Accurately report all tasks performed, including any parts or accessories used, for guest rooms and common areas.
  • Respond to technical support requests and ensure timely resolution of guest complaints and service tickets.
  • Regularly inspect mechanical areas and guest rooms to ensure systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proven knowledge in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment.
  • Basic knowledge in electrical, painting, plumbing and mechanical repairs.
  • Trade diploma or equivalent in HVAC/Air conditioning.
  • Must be able to operate BMS.
