Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited university (preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, GPHR, etc.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in higher education is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of university programs and operations, including administrative and academic affairs.
  • Comprehensive HR knowledge and practices, as well as profound knowledge of regulations and employee relations.
