Job Description:

The Maintenance and Operations Administrator will oversee daily facility operations, ensuring all systems function properly. This includes scheduling and supervising routine maintenance, responding to facility-related issues promptly, and maintaining an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operations Support: Ensure all facility systems are functioning correctly, providing administrative support for maintenance and operations teams.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to facility-related issues, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and supporting emergency preparedness planning.
General Obligations towards Health and Safety Environment
  • You will perform and comply with all tasks set forth by safety regulations and cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and conditions that do not pose any risks in terms of health and safety.
  • You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.
  • You may not operate machinery if you are not qualified or trained to do so.
  • You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
  • You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.
RequirementsTechnical & Functional Skills
  • Administrative Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex facility-related issues.
  • Building System Knowledge: Familiarity with building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Health and Safety Acumen: Understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
Other Skills And Competencies
  • Effective Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Hands-On Experience: Strong operations personality with hands-on experience in AC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
