  1. Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on high-rise building construction and project management.
  2. Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
  3. Strong project management and supervision skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  5. License of professional engineer, preferably with Dubai Municipality certification.
  6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.

Education: BTech/BE in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 12 years of UAE experience in related field

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior

Preference to: Applicants with DM Certification (Unlimited)
