Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team at Al Muqarram Group Of Companies. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
  • Manage and control production inventory, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Prepare and present production reports to management, including key performance indicators and trends.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in chemical industry.
  • Experience in production planning for 24 hours of manufacturing operation.
  • Available to work in shifts, work under pressure, and also to control the manpower on the production floor.
  • ERP | SAP working knowledge is essential.
  • Computer literate and able to prepare daily output reports.
  • Generate monthly reports on time.
  • Competent, committed, team player and ready to take on challenges.
