PDI Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PDI Technician to join our team at Specialized Sports Equipment. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of new vehicles and ensuring they meet manufacturer and dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify any defects, damage, or missing parts.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Develop and implement repair procedures using PDI instruction manuals and tools.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians to ensure they meet productivity targets.
• Prioritize safety protocols for yourself, your team, and customers to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
