Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Strategist to join our team at BEEAH Group in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and procurement, with a proven track record of driving cost savings and improving supply chain efficiency.

• Evaluating Sourcing Procedures: Conduct thorough evaluations of our current sourcing procedures to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our supply chain operations.
• Cost Reduction Strategies: Analyze and calculate procurement costs to develop effective cost reduction strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Purchasing Decisions: Drive purchasing decisions based on cost and scenario analysis, as well as market trends, to ensure we are getting the best value for our business.
• Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality, to ensure we are getting the best possible deal.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the procurement department to identify and pursue new supplier opportunities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and create cost estimates and forecasts to inform our procurement decisions and ensure we are staying ahead of the competition.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage procurement department employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement, and negotiate contracts that comply with industry regulations to ensure we are operating within the law.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and maintain strategic sourcing relationships with key suppliers, and build strong partnerships to ensure we are getting the best possible value for our business.
