Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive knowledge and experience in NDT and inspection engineering principles in oil and gas industry projects.
  • Support the resolution of NDT issues, provide technical assistance, and implement improvement actions as required.
  • Review and approve NDT procedures, including advanced NDT methods.
  • Evaluate NDT and inspection-related lessons learned and ensure a process of continuous improvements is implemented.
  • Develop new inspection and NDT technology aligned with project quality department initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practice technical information related to inspection and NDT.
  • Hold NDT certification Level III in at least UT/RT methods, including specialization in advanced NDT such as PAUT/TOFD/Digital RT.
  • Have working knowledge of international codes and standards applicable to inspection, such as API, ASME, AWS, and EN.
  • Have good knowledge of material engineering properties and specifications, and manufacturing processes.
  • Have knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning for inspection and NDT technologies.
  • Have a minimum of 16+ years of oil and gas experience.
  • Have experience in onshore or offshore PMC/EPC projects.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Hold NDT Level 3 certification.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in NDT and inspection engineering principles in oil and gas industry projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in non-destructive testing and inspection engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
