We are looking for an exceptional Mobile App Submission Expert to join our team. As an expert in app submissions, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our business and tech partners' apps are successfully submitted to the App Store and Google Play.
Key Responsibilities- Submit Como white label apps to Google Play and App Store
- Ace our submission process and provide ongoing support in related matters
- Maintain a low rate of non-bug escalations to the development team
- Manage the submission queue, keeping high-priority app submissions as short as possible
- Recommend our mobile development team and dev ops on improvements to the submission process
You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex software issues, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:
- 13 years of experience as a technical Support Specialist or similar CS role, ideally in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) or cloud applications environment
- Experience with Google Play and iTunes Connect advantageous
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
- Self-managed with a strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Multitasking, self-learning, highly motivated, and a team player
