  1. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational objectives, while identifying and assessing risks associated with contractual agreements.
  2. Managing contract modifications, amendments, extensions, and terminations as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  3. Negotiating terms and conditions with external parties to achieve mutually beneficial terms, facilitating the execution of contracts and monitoring ongoing compliance with contractual obligations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Law from a premier law institute with strong academic credentials.
  2. Min 15 years of relevant PQ experience preferably in contract drafting & negotiations.
  3. Excellent attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strategic thinking.
  4. Ability to think independently and 'out of the box', with willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
