Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, water supply & drainage system, fire alarm, firefighting system, and fire protection, and fuel systems.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and inspectors, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure high-quality performance.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, design standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve contractor documentation to verify alignment with project requirements.
  • MEP Coordination, monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure contractor work meets quality standards and timelines.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and maintain accurate project documentation.
