About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing external audits and tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This includes monitoring progress, identifying risks, and mitigating delays. They will also manage the filing of tax returns, including income tax, VAT, CIT, and other direct/indirect taxes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and Manage External Audits: Develop detailed timelines for audit readiness and ensure opportunities for process improvements.
  2. Tax Filing Management: Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns, including income tax, VAT, CIT, and other direct/indirect taxes.
  3. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  4. Collaboration with Corporate Tax Teams: Work closely with corporate tax teams to implement tax strategies and policies.
  5. ICV Reporting: Ensure timely ICV reporting and collaborate on score improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and taxation.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
