We are seeking an experienced Leadership Manager to oversee and manage our projects from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing project teams, and ensuring that project goals align with our organizational objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. They will also have experience in strategic planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Development and Implementation: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Create detailed project roadmaps and schedules, aligning with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, setting performance expectations and providing guidance.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and performance reviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, Sr Management, & external partners.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and presentations.
  • Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address and resolve project issues, conflicts, and challenges in a timely manner.
  • Adapt project plans as necessary to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, at least 5 years in a leadership or directorial role.
