  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that software products meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software engineering, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our software products.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of software engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality in our software development processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role in a large organization.
  • Skills: Advanced understanding of leading programming stacks and DevOps, excellent analytical skills, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Technologies: Experience with front-end technologies like React Native, ReactJs, Angular, Flutter, HTML5, C#.Net, SQL, Bootstrap, PHP, NodeJs, and experience with at least one full-cycle implementation from requirement to production.
  • Cloud and DevOps: Experience with API architecture and cloud-ready development (Docker and Kubernetes), and knowledge of CI/CD frameworks.
  • Agile Methodologies: Extensive experience working in an agile environment (i.e. user stories, iterative development, etc.).
