We are seeking a skilled Sales and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Spider Plus Construction Equipment. As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and rental of construction equipment across the UAE.
You will maintain strong relationships with key accounts, consistently meet and exceed financial sales targets, and provide expert consultation and support to clients regarding lifting solutions. Additionally, you will prepare reports, market analysis, and feedback to the management team and travel extensively across the UAE to engage with clients and develop business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in sales and rental of construction equipment in the UAE.
- Familiarity with spider cranes, vacuum glass lifters, solar tower lights, spider lifts, scissor lifts, and general lifting solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet financial sales targets.
- 3-5 years of experience managing key accounts.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
- A team player with excellent reporting abilities.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across the UAE.
