You will provide expert guidance on the structuring of offshore entities for investment and tax optimization, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Your expertise in M&A, venture capital transactions, and offshore entity structuring will be crucial in optimizing our legal framework while minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks.
  • Lead commercial contracts and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee litigation or contractual disputes, coordinating with external law firms as needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • Hold an LL.M., J.D., or equivalent law degree with specialization in Corporate Law, Finance, or M&A.
  • Possess 5-7+ years of experience in corporate law and investment transactions.
  • Have strong knowledge of ADGM, DIFC, VARA, and financial regulatory frameworks in the UAE.
