  • Utilization of Pre-Task Planning Methods: Implement and adhere to pre-task planning methods to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
  • Help Desk Immediate Work Orders: Respond to and resolve help desk work orders within 24 hours to minimize equipment downtime.
  • PM Completion: Achieve 100% completion of scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
  • PM Repair Completion: Ensure all preventative maintenance repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • General Housekeeping in Common Work Areas: Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and healthy workspace.
  • Maintenance of Current Fork Truck and Aerial Lift Operator's License: Ensure all operators maintain current licenses and certifications.
  • Attendance at Scheduled Training: Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 plus years of facility maintenance experience: Proven experience in a maintenance role, with a focus on mobile equipment and industrial systems.
  • Experience with Pumps, Motors, Speed, and Feed Systems, Hydraulics: In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment and systems, including pumps, motors, speed, and feed systems, and hydraulics.
  • Some Experience with Controller Programs: Familiarity with controller programs and software.
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Systems such as MAXIMO: Experience with maintenance management systems, such as MAXIMO.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
