  • Work under nursing supervision alongside interdisciplinary teams to provide effective, individualized patient care and communicate effectively.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, evaluates personal performance, and contributes to an innovative culture of operational efficiency.
  • Assist in educating patients and families, ensuring access to necessary information and resources to meet healthcare needs.
  • Use verbal and non-verbal methods to communicate effectively, respects cultural differences, and ensures accessibility to language support.
  • Comply with health and safety policies, identifies risks, reports hazards, and participates in safety programs and investigations.
  • Maintain professional boundaries, upholds confidentiality, ensures proper resource utilization, and promotes trust through compassionate care.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or diploma in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a hospital setting.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Competent with computers.
