AGMC Service Advisor Job Summary

The Service Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that all repairs are carried out in accordance with BMW Group and AGMC standards. This includes meeting and greeting customers, carrying out service reception, checking vehicles for any damages, and advising customers on the cost of repairs before accepting the vehicle.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Ensuring optimum advice and customer care quality for service customers.
  2. Meeting and greeting customers according to BMW standards.
  3. Carrying out service reception at the car for all Service bookings.
  4. Checking the vehicle for any damages and mentioning all scratches, dents, etc. on booking in sheet/job card before accepting it.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Arabic.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Advisor with luxury brands.
  • Has a valid UAE driver's license.
  • Technical knowledge in aftersales operations.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
